All sessions are conducted at Rosslyn Park RFC unless organised differently with the individual client. Coaches can travel for a small extra fee, and we would love to arrange larger sessions at a club or location convenient to the team. Please get in touch with us for any travel or venue enquiries.

During the school holidays, ARC works to give each athlete a session that works for them across the entire day. Use our booking system or via email /text to get in touch to arrange a time and date that works for you.

ARC can arrange for individual athletes to attend small group sessions, but if you would rather bring some friends along, we can accomodate all manner of group sizes and ability levels!

All coaches have extensive and advanced knowledge of the game of rugby, and work towards providing a balanced session tailored to individual needs. However, please contact us for further information regarding specialist skills such as lineout lifting and throwing, kicking in game and for goal, and breakdown skills.
